Staff was very friendly and helpful, a beautiful blond lady behind the reception helped us with a smile without letting us feel like we are troubling her or stressing her out. Room was clean, we made use of the free rental bike services. Can cast on TV, almost everything was great.

Room was spacious with plenty of cupboard space, a little short on hooks to hang things. Clean. Breakfast was what you excpect in a german hotel, with a good selection to choose from. As with most chain hetels the bathroom is more a design excersise. The hand basin is set to far back on the work surface and the work surface is to deep, which makes the mirror to far away for use by the ladies. Also the shower though very good does leak water onto the rest of the bathroom floor are if one is vigorous whe showering. some more hanging space for the towels to dry would be benificial. Overall the hotel is very good. the above notes do not detract from the stay at the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and the bathroom notes are a common design error.

Room was spacious . Very comfortable bed with superior pillows. Bathroom clean and provided shower gel and hand cream. Tram outside the hotel which takes you unto centre within 20 mins. Didn't realise that breakfast wasn't included in price and it came as a huge surprise at checkout. When we checked in this wasn't explained to us and I don't think I would pay the extra again . I don't think the breakfast was worth the extra 95 euros fod 2 people for 2 nights . Therefore for this reason i would probably not stay again.

Very nice hotel with cosy rooms and very comfortable bed. Stylish and modern lobby, nice breakfast Very nice lobby, perfect place for a glass of wine or coctail.

Was in town with my family for a concert and was pleasantly surprised with our two night stay at the Ameron. Spacious rooms, adequate parking spaces (with charging stations available for our EV) and public transportation available just ride outside the hotel. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back when we return to Köln for business or pleasure.

The rooms were very clean, properly furnished, decorated. It was silent and comfortable. The shower worked really well. Staff was friendly. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptionally good considering the relatively low price. Contrary to some reviews, I found the breakfast worth the price as well. Good quality food for breakfast does worth 20 bucks per person. Considering my 11 year old was charged half priced and my 4 year old was not charged. If you add the breakfast to the room price, it is still a very good deal for the quality offered over all.

The lobby area was lovely and cozy. Gym and sauna area was decent. Friendly helpful staff. Very close to tram stop into the City Centre.

The hotel is nice and clean, away from center but easily reachable by tram, room size was ok, beds comfortable, decoration also nice, bathroom ample and very clean. It has a very good relation value for money.

We stayed in hotel 3 nights, location was very good and quite, with public transport we was able to go to center very easily or any other places we wanted to. Every evening we were able to visit sauna and gym, everything was very clean. Hotel has own parking lots. If we will come back we will stay again in this hotel. 100 % recommended

Very nice/luxurious room for very reasonable price and nicely situated with easy access and parking facilities for car (plus good public transport access with short travel time to city center)
